This is a two day pistol course for active and sworn law enforcement only.
Day 1: You have to get the gun on target, you have to shoot the target, then you have to get the gun to the next target. Think of it like the bench, squat and deadlift of shooting. We’ll work on firing the gun and making sure the sights reindex back to the same point, fixing any deficiencies in our grip. Then we’ll refine our draw, and test improvements. Finally, we’ll work on multiple targets with different variations.
Day 2: This course is all movement based. We’ll start more basic with shooting while moving, then breakdown the different types of movement, as well as shooting around non-threat targets. We’ll teach the different skills, then we’ll apply them, finally we’ll evaluate them with a stress shoot at the end.
